Features
- Quality 25mm/1″ steel tube with 2mm wall thickness – any low quality steel tubing BELOW THESE SPECS will be crushed when your 450lbs bikes crashes into the ground. Our crash bars will take the beat!
- Less is often more. We didn’t try to cover the whole entire bike with crash bars that look like a cobweb. The BMW F750GS and 850GS models have very few tough mounting points, thus it makes more sense to create one solid and compact crash bar that stays close to the few mounting points instead of being far spread out that results in an overly flexible and “soft” structure. It will do more damage to your F750 or F850GS! Our compact and tough crash bars are the only way to go here to truly protect your BMW’s expensive and fragile parts.
- Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!
- 6.5kg / 14.3lbs
Compatibility:
Crash bars: Confirmed to be only compatible with F750GS and F850GS models. Not compatible with F850GSA.

Great price and pretty easy install. I did have trouble with the screw that attached to the kick stand (2019 F750gs low suspension model). I replaced it with a smaller screw and it worked fine. I have tested the bars already and they have kept the body work intact. My only complaint is that I wish the bars extended out a bit, because they do nothing to save the brake pedal. I went down in some mud and the brake pedal was badly bent. If the bars extended out more I think this could have been avoided. This would of course make the bars larger and less slick but I think I would trade saving my pedal for unsightly crash bars.

Nice setup. Easily installed in about 1/2 hour. Everything fit, good instructions and videos, and it looks like it came as stock on the bike.

Just installed these crash bars on my 2023 F750GS. They look great and installation was pretty straightforward, highly recommended!
Couple of notes, though–the tools differed from the video in that I needed a 17MM wrench and T30 and T50 sockets to complete the job (in addition to the other tools mentioned). And…on the left side of the newer bikes, there is a plastic cover that protects some wiring but hides a mounting hole. Take the cover off by taking the T10 screw out and pulling the cover off of the rubber grommet near the front–simple once you know to do that.
Also, on the right hand side, a mounting hole is “occupied” with a screw-in tie wrap anchor. Clip the tie wrap and unscrew (don’t pull out) the anchor to free up the mounting hole, then re-tie the wires later. Also, my bike had a bracket for a second O2 sensor wire mounted aft with a T50 loctited bolt, which you must remove. I used the provided spacer here but no washer due to the thickness of the bracket itself, which I of course re-installed. All in all, easy stuff but not in the video due to the time that it was made. Great bars!
