Keeping the 300L lightweight, yet protected is our priority. In order to build a solid set of crash bars we ended up designing the ultimate frame mounted bracket to potentially help absorb impact from tip overs.
Hand MIG welded – It’s all about the strength! We continue to follow our philosophy: toughness and functionality over appearance.
22mm steel tube with 2mm wall thickness.
Less is often more – One of our goals was to preserve the low centre of gravity feature of the Honda CRF300L
Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 4mm and 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from crashes, rather than your bikes chassis that”s worth thousands of dollars/Euros.
Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your Honda CRF300L!

These crash bars bolted up easily and I had no problem getting them to fit, although I made it difficult on myself by not having the bike stand available the day I decided to do the install. Overall I’m satisfied with the design and protection they provide for the radiators. Thumbs up

Really high-quality construction, easy to install and should offer good protection for the bodywork and radiator. Nicely finished. They didn’t work for me as I do a lot of highway and they reach their resonant frequency at about 7200 rpm. At that rpm and above they create a pretty good buzz through the handlebars, seat and pegs.

Mostly saved my bike. Ran out a hill into a tree. Left side of my bike caved in. Posilbly could have totaled if I didn’t have the protection.
