KTM's 390 Adventure is a great off-road dual sport motorcycle both for beginners and not so much. We chose to test our 390 Adventure accessories, including this skid plate on some really gnarly sections in Oregon and Nevada.
Our skid plate needs either Outback Motortek or the KTM OEM crash bars to be installed. Please choose accordingly below.

The Adventure Moto / Outback Motortek X-Frames for the KTM 690 Enduro R are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.
Standard pannier racks: the difference between our standard pannier racks and the X-Frames is that the standard frames don’t feature RotoPax mounts and tabs welded on all four corners.
2019-2021 version pannier racks: compatible with Perun Moto rear luggage rack via this hardware kit by Perun Moto.

Outback Motortek designed a rear luggage rack for KTM 790 / 890 / 1090 / 1190 / 1290 Adventure models that isn’t only gorgeous looking, but is very functional as well. We’ve added holes that are large enough for technically any tie down straps or bungee cord to help you secure a bag, tent etc. on it.
The bonus is the laser cut holes that allow you to directly mount RotoPax fuel or water cans without any modification. Read some specs and features of this product below.

It's been tested and confirmed to be compatible with the OEM KTM skid plate and Outback Motortek KTM 790/890 Adventure skid plate.

Center Stand: Compatible with 790 Adventure 2019-2020 and 890 Adventure 2021-2023 R model only. Not compatible with S model.

The new X-Frame sliding “X” plate design allows our tool box here to be installed on the inside both with the X-Frame version and standard pannier racks. For standard pannier racks, 1x “X” bracket must be purchased separately in order to install our tool box.
