This doesn’t come with instructions, but it does say it’s not compatible with the rear grab handles. You should also know the rack is offset, so you’ll want a smaller pannier on the right/exhaust side.
After lots of experimentation, I decided the rear grab handles are actually required, as otherwise the rack would be too close to the rear plastics and squish them. Also, this seems to be the correct spacing for making the rear cross brace the correct width apart. Kind of glad about that because I was having trouble with figuring out how to remount the rear turn signals. Anyways, after going to the hardware store and getting a longer bolt for the right rear mount, I was able to successfully mount it. This was mounted in combination with keeping the passenger footpegs, the grab handles, a Warp 9 cargo rack and an oversized ABS tool tube. This is obviously the best pannier rack on the market.
