Our Crash Bars offer reliable protection for fairing, radiator, engine case and other parts of the engine. The design is based on the philosophy that less is often more, hence we created a compact, sturdy set of crash bars that do not reach far away from its mounting points. This system perfectly complements the rugged, strong lines of the new KLR650.
The Skid Plate offers protection for your KLR's engine and its components such as the oil pan, exhaust header and oil cooler, which may be badly exposed during off-roading without our skid plate. Protect your bike by investing in our engine protection.

Pannier Racks for the Kawasaki KLX300 (2024+ | all models)
The Outback Motortek X-Frame racks for the KLX300 are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of hard panniers and soft luggage as well as some accessories like a tool box or a small fuel canister.
We also offer Standard pannier racks. The difference between our standard pannier racks and the X-Frames is that the standard frames don’t feature the X-Bracket mounts and tabs welded on all four corners.

We've designed a highly functional rear rack for the KLX300. Edge holes that are large enough for technically any tie down strap or bungee cord, to help you secure a bag, tent, etc. on it.

We have designed the most universal and functional pannier racks for your Kove 800X! They allow for simple and secure mounting of hard panniers, soft luggage, and other accessories like a fuel canister or our tool box!
We offer them in two versions: Standard and X-Frame.
The Standard pannier racks are simplified and offer a long compatibility list with aftermarket panniers. The 'X-Frames' feature welded tabs on all four corners and the sliding X-Bracket that allows you to better secure your luggage and to install extra accessories. You can also take it off the racks to reduce weight!

Outback Motortek designed a rear luggage rack for the Kove 800X that is very functional. We’ve added holes that are large enough for technically any tie down straps or bungee cord to help you secure a bag, tent etc. on it.
The bonus is the laser cut holes that allow you to directly mount RotoPax fuel or water cans without any modification.
