Yamaha Tenere 700 Pannier Racks
Compatible with our Rear Rack Combo.

We offer both Standard and X-Frame pannier racks. The X-Frame for the Yamaha Tenere 700 are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet. The sliding ‘X’ plate design allows a 1 gallon fuel canister (watch video) or our tool box to be installed on the inner side. The X-shaped plates included with the X-Frame pannier racks are black by default.

Total width of the symmetrical pannier racks: 61cm.

– We offer asymmetrical (narrower profile) pannier racks.
Total width of the asymmetrical pannier racks: 55cm

– We offer an asymmetrical high exhaust version, confirmed to be compatible with:

  • HP Corse SP1
  • MIVV Dakar
  • Huzar
  • We’ll add to this list as we learn about compatibility with other brands.

Total width of the high exhaust version (slightly asymmetrical): 50cm

Designed and manufactured by Outback Motortek. Hoop’s external dimension are 350mm (W) x 250 (H) made of 18mm diameter tubing.

X-Frame

Designed by Adventure Moto Australia and manufactured by Outback Motortek. The new X-Frames are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.

Matte black powder coated mild steel frames with an alloy X-bracket with multiple Rotopax mounting positions for custom weight distribution, as well as multiple tie-down points. You can even remove the X-Bracket from your frames when running Hard Luggage to reduce the frame weight.

    Had a shipment error during covid delays in the shipping industry. Not placing whole ownership on shipping company delay though… but someone else’s order being sent to me, then I had to take it to the post office to ship it back, then wait another long period (like 2 to 4 weeks) for my actual part to be shipped to the warehouse then to me. Stuff happens, I get it. And I got the credit for all of my shipping costs.
    Great product though. Installation was very straight forward. I love my paniers.

    Ordered with the X-Frame for my Mosko Backcountry luggage. Easy install, and I’m not mechanically inclined…but was able to install the pannier racks without any trouble. While I was in the ordering process, I emailed customer service – Mark Carrera was quick with a response and happy to help. You don’t always get that now a days. GOOD for you Mark!!!

Let's begin with the most important thing: our focus was to add as little weight as possible to the Tenere 700! In order to achieve this we utilized four, frame-only mounting points to spread the impact evenly, should there be a crash. Thanks to the four mounting points each side, we could utilize 22mm diameter tubing. Click here to watch the crash bars torture test as we drag the motorcycle using another vehicle! Important note: Confirmed to be compatible with the factory equipped Yamaha skid plate, SW-Motech, ACD Racing and Camel ADV. We'll update this note as soon as we learn of other compatible aftermarket skid plates.
